Cubs outfielder Jason Heyward joined Bruce Levine and host Cole Wright on Cubs 360 Daily, to talk about his reactions to ESPN’s documentary on the 1997-1998 Bulls, The Last Dance.

Last month, Heyward shared an older photo of himself wearing Michael Jordan’s number 45 jersey. Heyward has been in awe of the amount of footage that was captured during the Bulls 1990s championship run.

“I just think that it’s been really cool seeing the fact that they documented these things at that time in the 90s,” Heyward said. “They knew at some point they wanted to show the world what that experience was like. So I feel super fortunate that we’ve been able to see that and see Michael be himself and express what he was going through in that mindset.”
