Kris Bryant found the most adorable way to rewatch World Series Game 7

As we await the future of Major League Baseball, fans have turned to watching old games.

But that was a perfect opportunity for Kris Bryant to show his baby son, Kyler, the most important game in Cubs history.

ESPN re-aired Game 7 of the 2016 World Series Tuesday night and after he hopped on a Zoom call with the broadcast, Bryant continued watching the game with his son in his arms and his wife, Jess, captured the heartwarming moment on her Instagram story (video above).

The play Bryant is watching is his incredible baserunning to score all the way from first base on Anthony Rizzo’s single in the 5th inning, staking the Cubs to a 5-1 lead.

The one benefit to the league’s shutdown for Bryant is it’s afforded him the opportunity to spend a lot of quality time with Kyler over the last two months that he might not have been able to do with his travel schedule and time at the ballpark.

I wonder how many times Bryant will show Kyler that Game 7…and I wonder how many times Bryant has watched the game himself in the three-and-a-half years since it took place.
