Over the past year, the sports world has become a flashpoint where social issues, politics and athlete empowerment all intersect. On this month’s episode of Class is in Session presented by UI Health, Doug Glanville looks back on 2022 and how these societal issues became increasingly interconnected with the sports world, analyzing the key events and moments, and looking ahead to how this intersection will impact 2023. Class is in Session premieres Tuesday, December 27, at 7 PM CT.

Joining Glanville on this episode are three writers and editors with deep insight into this intersection of sport and society, including:
