Marquee Sports Network is the exclusive local television home of the Chicago Cubs, as well as a proud broadcast partner of the WNBA’s Chicago Sky. In addition to providing live coverage of Cubs and Sky games, Marquee Sports Network features extensive pregame and postgame Cubs coverage, local minor league and college sports programming and unique programs and documentaries geared towards sports fans. 

Debuting in February of 2020, Marquee Sports Network has earned six Chicago/Midwest Emmy Awards, including for Outstanding Live Sporting Event (Cubs Baseball), Outstanding Live Sports Program (Cubs Live!), Outstanding Sports Documentary (Glory and Grief: The Ferguson Jenkins Story; Mayor of Rush Street) and Outstanding Sports Interview/Discussion (Class is in Session). The network has received 24 total nominations.

Marquee Sports Network is available on more than 65 cable and streaming providers across portions of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin, and Marquee’s non-game programming, including studio programming, documentaries, Cubs Classics and more, is available nationwide through DirecTV and fuboTV.

How can I access Cubs games if I am outside of Chicago Cubs television territory?

Per MLB policy, if you are outside of the Chicago Cubs home television territory, your only option to watch live Chicago Cubs games is through an MLB out-of-market streaming package. For more information, visit https://www.mlb.com/live-stream-games/subscribe.

 
What is a home television territory?

A home television territory is the area defined by Major League Baseball as being within a club’s home market. With the exception of national broadcasts, fans within the Cubs home television territory must have Marquee Sports Network to watch live Cubs games.

 

How do I know if I am in the Chicago Cubs home television territory?

Can I live stream Marquee Sports Network?

Yes! If you live within the Chicago Cubs home television territory as defined by Major League Baseball, the Marquee Sports Network app provides live streaming access to fans with access to the network through one of our cable or streaming providers.  The Marquee Sports Network app is free-to-download and is available on iOS and Android devices, as well as through streaming devices such as Apple TV, Fire TV and Roku, and online at www.watchmarquee.com. Users must be subscribed to a cable or streaming package that includes Marquee Sports Network and log-in to the app using their provider credentials.

Can I watch Cubs pregame and postgame shows if I am outside of Chicago Cubs television territory?

Yes! Marquee Sports Network’s pregame and postgame studio shows are available out-of-market for MLB.TV customers. Fans nationwide can tune in with their MLB.TV subscription beginning one hour before game coverage for Cubs Live! with host Cole Wright and Marquee’s team of on-air studio analysts. The MLB.TV coverage will continue through the entire Cubs Postgame Live! beginning immediately after the final out. Cubs Live! and Cubs Postgame Live! are also available for customers watching Marquee Sports Network nationwide on DirecTV or fuboTV.

 
How can I watch Chicago Sky games?

Marquee Sports Network is a proud broadcast partner of the Chicago Sky. All locally broadcasted games will be carried on either Marquee Sports Network or Marquee Plus, a streaming-only channel available through the Marquee Sports Network app.

What is Marquee Plus?

Marquee Plus is a streaming-only channel providing coverage of all locally broadcasted Chicago Sky games, including those that are not able to air live on Marquee due to coverage of Chicago Cubs baseball. Marquee Plus is available through the Marquee Sports Network app for authenticated subscribers. 

To watch Marquee Plus on the app, navigate to the “On Now” page and click on “Show Guide” to view the Marquee Plus channel option.
