Cubs Flicks

Cubs Flicks is a two-part series showcasing never-before and rarely-seen footage of the Chicago Cubs from the late 1920s through the late 1950s, captured by players and fans on 8mm and 16mm film. Inspired by the 1990s HBO documentary When It Was A Game, Cubs Flicks features footage originally acquired as part of the HBO project, working in partnership with the original director George Roy, as well as Stephen de Groot from Dutch Productions.
