How to watch this weekend’s Cubs-Giants series

The Cubs travel to San Francisco this weekend for a four-game series, July 28-31. Thursday and Saturday’s games will air on Marquee Sports Network, while Friday and Sunday’s contests have been picked up for exclusive national broadcasts, meaning the games will not be available on Marquee.

Thursday, July 28 – 8:45 PM (Marquee)
Catch Thursday’s game on Marquee Sports Network with pre-game coverage beginning at 7:30 PM.
Friday, July 29 – 9:15 PM (Apple TV+)
Friday’s game at San Francisco was picked up as an exclusive national broadcast on Apple TV+. Cubs fans do NOT need an Apple TV subscription in order to watch as the game is available for free through the streaming service, and the game will also not be subject to any local blackout restrictions.
To watch the game, Cubs fans can follow any of the following steps:
- Launch the Apple TV app and select the game directly from there
- From the MLB.TV app, tap on Apple TV+ Game to be redirected to the Apple TV app (where available)
- Visit https://tv.apple.com/ and log in with or create an Apple ID

Saturday, July 30 – 8:05 PM (Marquee)
Saturday’s game is available on Marquee Sports Network with pre-game coverage beginning at 7:00 PM.
Sunday, July 31 – 6:08 PM (ESPN)
Sunday’s matchup will be featured as ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball game of the week. Catch the action exclusively on ESPN, but tune in to Marquee Sports Network immediately following the final out for Cubs Postgame Live!
