Mark Grace featured on season two premiere of ‘Cubs Cornerstones’
CHICAGO (April 25, 2023) – Marquee Sports Network on Monday is launching season two of ‘Cubs Cornerstones,’ a monthly docuseries highlighting some of the biggest names and personalities in Cubs franchise history. Cubs Cornerstones presented by the Road Home program at Rush showcases a different Cubs legend each month, highlighting the on-field and off-field moments that live on in the annals of Cubs history.
On the first episode premiering Monday, May 1 following Cubs Postgame Live!, Cubs Cornerstones features Mark Grace, the four-time Gold Glove Award winner, three-time All-Star and major league hits leader of the 1990’s. This past January, Grace was named as the next inductee to the Chicago Cubs Hall of Fame.
Cubs Cornerstones premiered last year with episodes featuring Cubs icons including Shawon Dunston, Carlos Zambrano, Lou Piniella, Pat Hughes and Derrek Lee.
Cubs Cornerstones serves as an additional piece of Marquee’s lineup of Cubs historical programming, including Marquee Sports Network Films featuring Ernie Banks, Harry Caray, Ferguson Jenkins and Billy Williams, plus Cubs Flicks, Cubs Countdowns, Cubs Classics and Icons of the Ivy.
