March 6, 2023
CHICAGO – Marquee Sports Network will air two IHSA boys basketball playoff matchups tonight, Monday, March 6, live from NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates. At 6 PM, St. Ignatius faces off against Grayslake Central in a Class 3A Super-Sectional game, followed by a Class 4A Super-Sectional contest at 8 PM as Libertyville faces off against New Trier.
On-air talent for the game will feature Alex Cohen, voice of the Iowa Cubs on Marquee Sports Network, as play-by-play announcer, Chicago Sky and BTN broadcaster Meghan McKeown as game analyst and BTN broadcaster Shane Sparks as sideline reporter.
“We’re looking forward to broadcasting two great matchups this Monday featuring some of the best players and teams in the area,” said Marquee Sports Network Vice President of Programming, Alli Bertucci.
Both games will be available live on Marquee Sports Network (streaming exclusively available through the NFHS Network).
Marquee Sports Network last fall broadcasted the ISHA Class 7A football semifinal matchup between St. Rita and Mount Carmel, and Monday’s action will mark its first local high school hoops broadcasts.
