Host Cole Wright sits down with members of the 2007-08 back-to-back NL Central champion Chicago Cubs, including Ryan Dempster, Derrek Lee, Kerry Wood and Aramis Ramirez.
During the reunion, the former Cubs share memories and stories from their playing days, focusing on the 2007 and 2008 Cubs squads that won a combined 182 games, including a 97-win campaign in 2008.
