The reigning American League MVP Mike Trout was a guest on Off The Mound with Ryan Dempster, presented by Sloan, which premiered Friday on Marquee Sports Network. Dempster used the time to pass off his knowledge and experience to Trout on an upcoming big moment in Trout’s life, the beginning of parenthood. 

Trout’s wife, Jessica, is pregnant with the couple’s first child, who is due in August. So, Dempster thought it’d be best to show Trout how to perform an essential task of parenthood — changing a diaper. Turns out, Trout is pretty good at that, too.
