How To Screencast The Marquee Sports Network App to Your Smart TV or Connected TV Device

The Marquee Sports Network app supports video casting. Additional information regarding screencasting is provided below. For specific information pertaining to your respective device, please visit the manufacturer’s website.


How to Screencast Your Desktop Computer to Your Smart TV or Connected TV device

  1. Ensure that your computer and AirPlay-compatible or Smart TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Compatible devices include Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV Stick and most smart TVs.
  2. Press and hold the Windows button and the k key to bring up the connect panel for PCs. On Mac computers, select the screen mirror in your Apple control center.
  3. Select the device to cast to.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions on both your TV and computer, which may include entering a passcode displayed on your TV.
  5. Go to WatchMarquee.com and click Watch Now.

Note: Once connected on a Windows PC, you can adjust your connection type to single screen, duplicate and more to best suite your stream and network.


How to Screencast Your Smartphone to Your Smart TV

Screencasting an iPhone to a Smart TV (AirPlay)

  1. Ensure that your iPhone and Apple TV/AirPlay-compatible smart TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Open the Marquee Sports Network App and click Watch Now.
  3. Tap the AirPlay icon (Rectangle with triangle at the base) and choose your TV from the list.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions on both your TV and iPhone, which may include entering an AirPlay passcode displayed on your TV.

Screencasting an Android Phone to a Smart TV

Due to the large number of Android devices we recommend using a casting-enabled computer or reviewing your manufacturer’s screencasting instructions. How to Screencast Your Smartphone to a Connected TV device

Note: When screencasting from your smartphone, it is recommended to cast directly to your Smart TV.

Screencasting from an iPhone to a Roku device

  1. Ensure that your iPhone and Roku device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
  2. Open the Marquee Sports Network App and click Watch Now.
  3. Tap the AirPlay icon (Rectangle with triangle at the base) and choose your Roku device.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions on both your TV and iPhone, which may include entering an AirPlay passcode displayed on your TV.

Screencasting from an Android phone to a Roku Device

  1. Connect your Android and Roku to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Open Settings on your phone, go to connected devices and select Cast. On Samsung devices, swipe left on the pull-down Quick Settings menu and tap Smart View.
  3. Look for your Roku’s device name in the list of devices.
  4. Tap the Device.
  5. Click the allow button on your Roku device.
  6. Your phone screen will now be mirrored on your Roku device.
  7. Open the Marquee Sports Network App and click Watch Now.

Note: Not all TVs and mobile devices are capable of screencasting or compatible with each other. Ensure your device is up to date and check your device specifications on your manufacturer’s website for more info. If you are experiencing any issues, try restarting your phone and unplug your TV and connected devices to reset them.
