Waddle joined Marquee Sports Network as a Bears analyst in 2023. Waddle was a Wide Receiver for six seasons with the Bears from 1989-94, compiling 2,109 receiving yards and nine touchdowns with Chicago.
Waddle serves as host of the Waddle & Silvy show on ESPN 1000.

Menaker joined Marquee Sports Network as a field reporter and studio host in February of 2020, contributing to game broadcasts and hosting pregame and postgame shows.
Menaker graduated from Cornell University where she was a four-year starter on the softball team and was named to the Cornell Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2020.
Menaker received her Master of Science degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
