LAKE FOREST, Ill. — Bears edge rusher Montez Sweat is considered questionable to play a Week 11 contest against the Green Bay Packers, the team announced Friday on their official injury report.

Left guard Teven Jenkins was ruled out of this rivalry game, as was reserve tackle Kiran Amegadjie. While that isn’t great news, the Bears offensive line will be upgraded over last week.

Left tackle Braxton Jones and right tackle Darnell Wright didn’t receive designations and will be available, somewhat stabilizing the front. Matt Pryor will be able to go back to his natural starting spot at right guard — he played right tackle last week — leaving Ryan Bates to step in at left guard.

That will help the entire operation, including quarterback Caleb Williams and new offensive coordinator Thomas Brown.

The only other player with a designation was defensive back Tarvarius Moore, who is questionable with a concussion.

Sweat’s status is somewhat of a concern. He was questionable with a shin injury two weeks ago and didn’t play against the Cardinals. They’ll need him to be at their best defensively, but that’s ultimately uncertain at this time.
