Cubs outfielder Kyle Schwarber and former starting pitcher Carlos Zambrano are guests on Off The Mound with Ryan Dempster tonight at 8 p.m. on Marquee Sports Network.

Schwarber dives into the importance of having a strong mentality, sticking with swing mechanics and being consistent throughout the season. The World Series champion also shared why it’s important to be able to make small adjustments along the way.

Zambrano, a three-time all-star and three-time Silver Slugger winner, reflected on how special it was for him to be a part of the Cubs organization.

“Playing for Chicago was one of the best things that ever happened to me,” Zambrano told Dempster.
