The Chicago Stars kick off their preseason in just a few weeks, heading into the 2025 NWSL season.

The Stars will head to Bradenton, Florida at IMG Academy and will have scrimmages against the Kansas City Current, Orlando Pride, Racing Louisville FC and the Washington Spirit.

Their first scrimmage will be a rematch of the 2024 NWSL quarterfinals playoffs appearance against the Spirit on Feb. 25th, followed by a match with the 2024 NWSL Champions Pride on Feb. 28th, then a scrimmage against the Current on March 2nd and finally closing the preseason with a match against Racing Louisville FC on March 8th.

The Stars’ 2025 regular season opener is on March 14th in Orlando, Fla., as they face off against the Pride to kick off the season.

After the season opener, the Stars head back to Chicago to get set for their home-opener at Seat Geek Stadium in Bridgeview, Ill., squaring off against the Houston Dash on March 23rd.
