Cubs president of baseball operations Jed Hoyer held his end-of-season press conference Tuesday morning at Wrigley Field.

For the 2nd straight year, the Cubs finished at 83-79 and it marked the 4th straight season in which they have missed the playoffs.

Hoyer reflected on the 2024 season, looked ahead to a pivotal offseason and evaluated some key points for the organization – including some changes on the coaching staff.
