Shota Imanaga showed up on the red carpet looking fresh…and looking exactly like his interpreter, Edwin Stanberry.

Imanaga and Stanberry had matching outfits – a white T-shirt underneath a black corduroy suit.

The reason why?

“I wanted to match and I was looking for a size that fits my interpreter and this was the only one, so we went with this,” a smiling Imanaga said through Stanberry.

Imanaga has certainly been enjoying his time at the All-Star Game amid his first MLB season.

He had a chance to interact with many other stars in the game and mentioned the hitter he most wants to face.

Part of the experience included walking the red carpet like a celebrity prior to the game Tuesday.

“Today’s event is amazing,” Imanaga said. “It’s massive. It’s been a great experience.”
